KICKSTARTER PRIZE DRAW

Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of the free prize draw is: CMS Industries Ltd whose registered office is at Downsview House, The Grove Technology Park, Wantage, Oxfordshire, OX12 9FA.

2. Employees of CMS Industries Ltd or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

3. The prize draw is open to those aged 18 or over.

3. Anyone who makes any pledge for the Aircharge Keyring Kickstarter campaign will automatically enter the prize draw. No purchase is necessary.

5. Closing date for entry will be Sat, Dec 10 2016 4:01 PM +00:00. After this date no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.

7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. The prize being offered is dependent on the Kickstarter reaching its funding target. Any money pledged to fund the project will be refunded should the project not reach its funding target, as per Kickstarter guidelines.

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

10. The winner will receive a SIM FREE Apple iPhone7.

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.

12. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

13. The winner will be chosen via a random draw on the Tue, Jan 10 2016 2:00 PM +00:00 from all eligible entries and verified by the promoter and or its agents.

14. The winner will be notified by a private message on Kickstarter or e-mail within 28 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

15. The promoter will notify the winner of the means of delivery.

16. Participants may write to the following address: Downsview House, The Grove Technology Park, Wantage, Oxfordshire, OX12 9FA with their full name, full postal address and a stamped addressed envelope. Upon receipt of a stamped addressed envelope we will send the participant one raffle ticket within 10 working days. One entry per stamped envelope only. The ticket will allow the participant to complete the process described in these rules. All valid No Purchase Necessary entries will be given an equal chance of winning as all other entries and all other provisions of these rules shall apply equally to entries via the no purchase necessary route. Closing date for No Purchase Necessary entry will be Sat, Dec 10 2016 4:01 PM +00:00. After this date no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.

17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

19. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

20. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

21. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the draw date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Downsview House, The Grove Technology Park, Wantage, Oxfordshire, OX12 9FA.
