New LG G8 ThinQ announced with Qi wireless charging

South Korean multinational electronics company LG Electronics, has announced the release of their new LG G8 ThinQ at Mobile World Congress (MWC 2019) in Barcelona. 

An upgrade in specs from last year's LG G7 ThinQ model, the G8 ThinQ features Qi-certified wireless charging capabilities much like its predecessor.

Utilising the universal standard for wireless charging - Qi, the G8 ThinQ can be charged on any Qi-certified wireless charger for the home and in public venues, including restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, airports and train stations.
