TeleAdapt Partner with Aircharge to bring Wireless Charging to Hospitality Venues

Aircharge Qi-certified wireless charging solutions for the home, office and public venues enhance customer experience, allowing users to recharge their mobile devices easily and conveniently. Boasting near-universal smartphone compatibility they allow users to top-up on the go without the need to carry a charger, cable or battery pack with them, making them a perfect addition to hotel public areas and guest rooms.

TeleAdapt products can be found in more than 4 million hotel rooms globally. The addition of Aircharge wireless charging solutions to its offering will allow its customers to enhance guest experience with solutions that are in-line with emerging technology.

Aircharge wireless chargers are compatible with the majority of mobile devices, using either in-built Qi wireless charging functionality, or through the use of the Aircharge “Orb”, a unique bridging technology that can accompany each wireless charging unit. The adoption of Qi wireless charging in consumer devices is rapidly increasing, and more that 85 mobile phones are now compatible with the technology, along with an expanding number of smart watches and other portable electronics.

This will complement a large number of other public venues that Aircharge wireless charging solutions have been deployed in to date including McDonald’s UK restaurants, a number of UK Costa Coffee venues, EE stores nationwide, Virgin Atlantic airport lounges, Eurostar business lounge, Vodafone stores and betting and gaming outlets from Ladbrokes, Paddy Power and Grosvenor Casinos.

All publicly available Aircharge wireless charging points can be found using the Aircharge Qi wireless charging locator App that will guide users to the nearest of over 3,700 public wireless chargers. The app is available for download on iOS, Android and Windows platforms.
